World Without Love – Peter & Gordon (Gordon Waller June 4, 1945 – July 17, 2009)
Gordon Waller June 4, 1945 – July 17, 2009 Gordon Waller of the pop duo Peter and Gordon, who were part of the 1960s British Invasion and had a string of hits including several written by their friend Paul McCartney, has died. He was 64. Waller died Friday at the William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich, Conn., nursing supervisor Nity Oris confirmed Monday. The duos website says Waller, who lived in Ledyard, Conn., went into cardiac arrest Thursday night, and the state medical examiners office lists his cause of death as cardiovascular disease. Waller and Peter Asher hit No. 1 on music charts around the world in 1964 with their debut single A World Without Love. McCartney, who at the time was dating Ashers sister, actress Jane Asher, wrote the song. The duo also hit the charts with other songs written by McCartney, including Nobody I Know and I Dont Want To See You Again. Although McCartney wrote the songs, they were jointly credited to him and John Lennon, as was all their work at the time. Peter and Gordons other hits included their versions of Del Shannons I Go to Pieces and the Buddy Holly song True Love Ways, both in 1965; Lady Godiva, 1966; and Knight in Rusty Armour reached the top 20 in 1967. Woman, another McCartney song not to be confused with Lennons later song of the same name — also reached the top 20 in 1966. According to the book The Beatles: The Biography by Bob Spitz, McCartney had started writing A World Without Love as a teenager. By the time the Beatles …

Pre warm up to my MMA/Boxing workout (with mouth guard in)
In this video you see Jesus Medina, creator of KO Method demonstrating his final warm up to his MMA/Boxing workout with his mouth guard in. -This is what my final warm up looks like to my MMA/boxing workout. I do this for about at least 10 – 15 mins. Mind you, this is my final warm up after 3 other pre warm ups. 1st I do my insane “shock-therapy” 10 minute run on the treadmill. 2nd, I do 2 sets of step ups with a twist and I thrust my knee up with a hop added to it (watch me other videos to see what this looks like). I also do 2 sets with a rear lunge added to it which doing both lasts me about 10 to 15 min. 3rd, I shadow-box 4 to 5 rounds of about 5 minutes each. Then, I do this insane “Russian Roll” workout to get my heart rate really pumping and my mind and body into an uncomfortable and shocking state to help control my breathing while building muscle and my cardiovascular system endurance. Than, I lift weights in an unconventional method doing hundreds and I mean hundreds of reps per muscle group. I do this in a matter of an hour and 45 minutes or so. I go at it with lil to almost no break. Just move, move move so I can sweat, sweat, sweat and build strength, endurance, stamina and balance. KO Method, baby! Knocking out the competition! “The true science of martial arts means practicing them in such a way that they will be useful at any time, and to teach them in such a way that they will be useful in all things.” — Miyamoto Musashi (The Book of Five Rings) **If you …

#1 Yoga Secret – Amazon Kindle book by Dr. Artour Rakhimov about the lost essence of yoga. Click here: www.normalbreathing.com Hot (Bikram) yoga teachers say that yoga breathing needs to be large for health benefits. Hot yoga classes for beginners and poses are taught with practicing more breathing for removal of carbon dioxide and getting more oxygen in body cells. Even though breathing exercise is only a small part of hot yoga, review of ideas of Bikram yoga gurus about better breathing, carbon dioxide effects, and oxygen transport show that they are in contradiction with ancient yoga statements and modern medical research facts. Moreover, correct yoga breathing provides more benefits than postures or poses, and other Bikram yoga workouts or hot yoga challenge. Traditional yoga teach that yoga should have less and “restrained” breathing, “hold” their breath, “calm” their breathing, and so forth. These ideas make sense since they increase body oxygen content. Even when we breathe less than the medical norm (that is only about 500 ml with 12 breaths per minute), we get up to 98-99 percent for oxygenation of the arterial blood, provided that this breathing is regular, abdominal and nasal. There are no benefits in yoga breathing more. Overbreathing or breathing more than the medical standard results in decrease in CO2 levels in the lungs, blood and cells of the human body. That causes decreased blood flow to all vital organs, low body oxygen concentrations …
