LYRICS: 1, 2, 3 to the 4 This class is hardcore, its what you asked for You had to fight to get into this section To learn about the body form of protection Against all kinds of nasty infections Here’s a helpful video personification Yo! Who’s that dude protecting me from those tiny ugly germs I can’t even see? It’s me, My name is immunity. I wish pathogens would step up and mess with me I’m all in your body, working full and over-time 24/7, 365 I’m the reason you didn’t get sick from that dude’s sneeze or the questionable to-go food that you ate last week If you want to see me get gangster then just run into the coffee table, scrape your shin and if bacteria starts infecting I got a couple boys that will start protecting you Let me introduce you to some Myeloid cells who live in the tissue where those troublemakers dwell when that barrier is broken they’re on top of it just waiting for some pathogen to start some stuff Monocyte eat ‘em up and then differentiate to macrophage. Who is a major player with the Innate entourage. Along with Dendritic Cells and Neutrophils who are phagocytes but also signal other cells. By flippin’ out cytokines and making it rain on this localized tissue that is getting inflamed causing redness, heat, swelling and pain also aid in leukocyte extravasation. They see me rollin, adhesion activation, transendothelial migration

Response video: Tag – 5 Things That Make Your Life Easier

For More Info Read Me ***excuse the chickens I’m so sorry if they’re are bothersome, My neighbor raises chickens and well I guess I’m immune to it because it really doesn’t bother me and excuse my English sometimes I don’t make sense, it’s so hard for me to explain things vs. writing where I can always erase and correct lol Hey Everyone, So these are the items I chose: Lewis & Pearl (Body and Face Powder, oil control, hypoallergenic 50g) in scent- Rose and Lily cost .89 hardly see this around though, comment if you know of other prices, and places you have seen them :) I forgot to mention that this makes my face radiant. that’s the ultimate reason why I love it, I’m just glowing, I look clean and fresh, and It also helps me not to perspire much on my face area. I also use this as a pressed powder/mineral veil to seal in my makeup well concealer I only use concealer. Foundation colored powders make me look dull, since my skin looks great without makeup, this is just perfect. Any Towel, handkerchief etc. Both cose at Dededo mall, those Filipino indoor stores and the other one, the mini I got the store closed down :( Any Hand Lotion. Mine is Vaseline total moisture. Pure oat extract + stratys. I love this mini hand lotion. It feels like a lotion but absorbs so quickly like water or something. I love hand lotions, they are even great moisturizers for our faces,, so I always bring it with me wherever I go, if I forget to moisturize my face, and or put lotion. Listerine

How Immunology Saves a Life

How the adaptive and innate immune system saves your life…and gives you a parking fine. Parody of “How to Save a Life” by The Fray Project by Stephanie Hsi and Sidd Krishnamurthy Video: Red shirts – Pathogen White shirt – Macrophage (Usually) Black Shirt – T-Cell Lyrics Step one, you step on a sharp rock You say oh well, it left such a small mark But just that little bit of rust Resulted in acquiring Tetanus Onset of this of this infection caused macrophage activation NF-kB made IL 1, 6, TNFa you begin to wonder why fever came. What a poor defense, I’m feeling sick Redness, swelling and tenderness And I would have cleared it by now, abated Had I been vaccinated DC TLR 5 liked flagellin And TLR 4 was LPS stalkin’ Try to slip past its defense But antigens aren’t innocent Travel down the lymph nodes in a throng B seven signals growing strong And pray that T cells miss you Yeahhhh, pray that T cells miss you Why’s this bond so strong, CD28 Costimulated and I just can’t wait To proliferate, differentiate T-cells know how to save a life As CD8 T-cells leave this place It’s finally time to make just one last choice TH1 with IFN Or TH2, IL-4 secretion? He will do one of two things He will support the macrophage Or he’ll play the B cell’s game CD40L will express all the same B cells secrete IgM and D recognizes the pathogen AID help to class switch to IgG Somatic Hypermutation Complex forms between Ab-Ag Complement flows surreptitiously Punctures the membrane with all of its
